Exchanges and Returns
At MENESSES, you may request an exchange within 6 days of your purchase, provided the footwear presents a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
· Contact us via WhatsApp at +51 963 592 662.
· Provide your full name and purchase date, and briefly explain the reason for the exchange.
· Our team will review your request and respond within a maximum of 48 hours.
Exchanges and returns
At Menesses, you can request an exchange of a product within the first 6 days after your purchase, as long as the footwear has a manufacturing defect.
To manage the change, follow these steps:
· Contact us via WhatsApp at +51 963 592 662.
· Please provide your full name, purchase date, and explain the reason for the exchange.
· We will evaluate your request and respond within a maximum of 48 hours.
If the exchange is approved (subject to stock availability), you must come to our physical store located at Av. Angamos Oeste 1051, Miraflores, inside the Cosier store, presenting:
· Your purchase receipt.
· Your physical ID card.
Terms and conditions:
· The product must be in good condition (without tears, dirt or damage).
· You must keep its original packaging (shoe box).
· The exchange only applies to products of equal or greater value (in the latter case, the difference must be paid).
· No exchanges or returns are accepted on promotional or discounted products.
· Only one exchange per purchase is allowed (only for manufacturing defects).
MENESSES reserves the right to reject the application if the stated conditions are not met.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All our products include a 90-day warranty starting from the date of purchase.
How to File a Claim
Please send an email to xxxx@gmail.com describing the issue and attaching the following:
· Clear photos of the product
· A copy or image of the purchase receipt
Response Time
We aim to respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
· Soles, heels, or insoles that detach from more than 10% of the shoe
· Torn seams along the edge of the shoe
· The Warranty Does Not Cover:
· Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use
· Variations in color, texture, natural markings, or scars in leather or other materials
· Wrinkles caused by the natural flexing of the instep
· Stains resulting from improper cleaning or the use of non recommended products
· Products altered or repaired by third parties (shoe stores or workshops)
· Discomfort while walking or foot pain
· Any damage resulting from misuse of the footwear
